Hi!!! We are looking for someone amazing to help out this year. I have two kids, a boy and a girl. (Well I actually have 3 but my eldest is almost 19 and has left home) The kidlets are turning 10 & 13 in April & June. They are smart, independent, happy sporting kids. My little girl wants to be a paramedic when she grows up, but right now she is obsessed with gymnastics, Harry Potter- well hermione and Ginny actually, Cinderella, barbies and dressing up/playing makeup. My son lives and breathes cricket and football (he’s a storm fan) but is happy to sit down and work on sudoku or play a game of chess (we have no clue how to play so if you do that would be awesome!) and he loves maths. If you’re still with me at this point I’d love to explain what we’re looking for. We share custody with my ex husband- week on week off - so we would be needing the Friday, possibly some Saturday care (in a few months) then the following Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Then it would repeat the next fortnight (I hope that makes sense - as an example March would be Fri 3, Tues 7, Wed 8, Thurs 9. Fri 17, Tues 21, Wed 22, Thurs 23 Fri 31, Tues 4….) We’re hoping to find someone who can do the school pickup and until about 6:30pm. Tuesdays we have Gymnastics 5:30-6:30, Wednesday’s (seasonal) cricket training 5-6pm. My partner is a chef who is currently working 8:30-5:30 Mon- Fri in Nome but will be going to later hours and weekends in about 6 weeks. My roster is 10-6 Tues-Friday and 6-2 on Saturdays. I don’t drive so I’m trying to leave time for transportation. I know this is a lot of info to process, and we’re hoping to find someone to help out that has the availability for us to make this a permanent thing.
