Hi all! Nice to meet you! We are a Dutch family from Amsterdam with two sons of 7 and 5. We live in Sydney now for a few months and move to Adelaide at the start of July to live there for a year for my husbands job (radiologist, 4 days a week). I work from home as a marketeer and graphic designer, also 4 days a week. We decided we want to homeschool our boys. Both my husband and I will homeschool them 1 day each week. We will take care of the curriculum/books/apps etc and estimate homeschooling is maximum 2 hours a day. We are looking for experienced help for 3 days a week for around 7 hours a day. You don't have to be a qualified tutor (if you are that is great of course) as the boys are young the content isn't complicated and we have the luxury they are very motivated and eager to learn. So of the 7 hours, 2 hours is schooling, rest is playing outside, playing with friends, go to sports classes, cook together, dance/craft, whatever feels good. And please help us with preparing meals, cleaning kitchen, some laundry etc. (light work only). Important to us is: your vibe (as I work from home too), having a car (to bring them to friends/sports classes), your English language (as you will be the main english speaking person) experience & reliability (as you will be an important pillar in our family live). Look forward to hear from you! For the 20-25 hours a week, we search for a more experienced childcare provider. Next to that, we also look for a babysitter for occasionally in the evenings or weekends. Not much experience is needed in that, because the boys will be asleep most of the time.

We are hoping to find someone with 2 or more years experience in childcare to look after our lovely 4 year old daughter on Mondays and possibly Fridays on a full day basis. We would also need help with school drop off and pick up on her kindy days which are Tues to Thurs. She has swimming and ballet clubs on her days off so some driving would be required. We can offer use of our car for this purpose. She loves to go to the park, the library and going for bike rides to get ice cream and as an "almost 5 year old" she is a lot of fun. She is due to start school end of Jan 18 so this arrangement would change beyond those dates. We would love to meet childcarers who are keen to develop young preschoolers by offering an exciting and stimulating environment.
