We are currently looking for a flexible, reliable and nurturing Educator to care for our two children, our 3 year old daughter and our 5 year old son - based in our home in Mount Duneed, VIC. Our daughter loves painting and drawing, and anything artistic. Our son loves to play soccer and enjoys building Lego. They are well mannered and would love to learn from someone who is keen to be a reliable and friendly addition to their environment. We are a professional couple in our mid 30s that both work Saturdays, and more than anything we are seeking an educator who is passionate about helping our children to grow in to the happiest and most confident young people they can be. In Home Care is a flexible form of child care that is provided in the home by an approved educator. You will be partnered with an approved In Home Care service provider who will ensure that your employment meets all necessary compliance and safety requirements. The successful applicant will have a passion for working with children, and the following prerequisites: * Certificate III in Children’s Services, either complete or currently studying * Minimum 18 years of age * Your own transport to and from our home (drivers licence preferred) * Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate - Childcare First Aid Training HLTAID0011 and HLTAID009 * WWCC and Police Clearance * Liability insurance (once successfully placed) * Medical Clearance * ABN or willing to get ABN (this role is for a self employed/contractor) * Photo ID * PRODA RA (the agency we work with will assist you with this)
