Reliable Nanny Needed for Two Wonderful Children with Disabilities in Great Geelong

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated nanny to care for our two amazing children, each with unique needs. Our family includes:
- 6-year-old girl: A bright and energetic child with neurodivergence (ASD – PDA & ADHD, anxiety) and currently not able to attend school due to school can’t.
- 4-year-old boy: A loving and resilient child with a physical disability (achondroplasia) who attends daycare and kinder.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care tailored to each child's individual needs.
- Assist with daily routines, including feeding, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Engage in educational and recreational activities that promote development and well-being.
- Support therapy sessions and implement recommended strategies.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with disabilities.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage and adapt to different needs and behaviours.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to long-term engagement.
Schedule:
- 1 to 2 days per week (10am to 4pm).
