We’re seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced carer to support a dedicated foster parent in caring for two young children aged 1 and 2.
Location: Wynnum, QLD 4178
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12 PM – 7 PM (1-month role with potential to extend)
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
You’ll work alongside the foster parent, providing nurturing care, engaging the children in age-appropriate activities, assisting with meals, nap routines, and daily care, creating a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience caring for toddlers
Paid Blue Card
First Aid & CPR (HLTAID012)
Driver’s license & reliable car

Hi!
We are a family living at Wynnum West.
I have 3 girls 7, 10 and 12.
I work Mon-fri and am home by 5pm.
Their care is shared with their Dad who is a shift worker currently on a 5 week rotational roster and it care arrangements work around his shifts. Therefore some weeks I require 1 day and others are 3 days ranging across mon - thurs.
They are lovely girls, independent, vibrant and caring. My oldest and likely my youngest have mild adhd and just need a little reminding to stay on task, so help with homework would be great.
We also have a dog and 2 cats. They are very relaxed animals.
It would be great to hear from you and see if we would work well together.
