I have always been a huge love of all kinds of pets. Growing up on a small piece of land with four dogs, reptiles, among other furry friends I fell in love with them all. I can provide care both in your home full time as well as part time. Depending on the pet responsibilities are obviously catered so that can be discussed later! I also can give bathes and grooming for dogs both large and small.

I started babysitting as a teenager for families with in my church. I would usually care for two to three kids at a time, ages 4-10. In the summer of 2008 I babysat two boys ages 2 and 4. I would plan activities to keep them engaged and having fun. On occasion, I would plan outings to the park or the pool, but most of the time I would have them play outside. I like to stay busy so I would join the kids while playing and during down time/ nap time I would clean up the house. During the month of May I was a live in nanny for a 4-month-old boy. I maintained a fairly regular feeding, napping, and playtime schedule. I would keep him engaged during playtime by reading, talking, and singing to him. I would take him on walks/jogs in his stroller almost everyday. During his naps I would clean, do laundry (this included cloth diapers), and meal prep. It was a great experience seeing the developmental changes in just a month as well as the connection we had made. I graduated with my B. S. in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2012. I planned to further my education to go into the health care field and started off by becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant. I have worked as a CNA in a long term care facility for adults with chronic physical and mental disabilities, as well as an assisted living facility. During this time I found that I love caring for people but it was not the right setting for me. I decided to go into nutrition so I can help people develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle. My love for cooking and need for helping people will provide a great balance. I would love to provide healthy meals for your children but would also love to help any meal planning and prepping for your family as well. I have a happy and positive personality, I love staying active and being outside, I enjoy being creative and doing arts and crafts. During my free time I like to spend time on the beach, read, cook, and do yoga. Throughout my various work experiences I have interacted and cared for people of all ages and different backgrounds, but I have enjoyed working with children the most. I would love to form a great relationship with your family and be a positive role model for your child.

I'm Emily! I worked in child care for about 5 years until I graduated from college a year ago and now have a "big girl" job and I must say I truly miss working with children! I was a camp counselor, after school group leader, and a nanny all through out college and I guess you could say I have a few tricks up my sleeve :) I have worked with all age groups and love being interactive with the kids whether its playing outside, reading a book or playing a game inside!

I've had the opportunity to care for many different children. I have cared for children ages 1 to 16 years. I was responsible for meal time, bath time, homework help, transportation, and many other things. I am a mother to two children, so I have even further experience dealing with all aspects of child care. I love children and would do anything to ensure their happiness and safety!

Hi! I have loved babies for as long as I can remember, no doubt brought on by the birth of my brother when I was 4 years old. Along with fulfilling my role of caring older sister, I began providing childcare as a consistent mother's helper and babysitter in junior high, and was a volunteer at the church, caring for babies in the nursery as well as leading weekly small groups of elementary schooler and when the time came, summer campers. I have since worked as a babysitter and a live-in nanny for several families all over the place, from Virginia to Colorado to Florida to France and back. After school I spent a year working as an English teacher across the pond, and fully enjoyed getting to know the 300 preschool-5th graders whom I taught, a very fun experience. Hello, my name is D'aysa. I a Virginia Commonwealth University Alum. Since 2012 I've cared for children from 0-14. I enjoy activities from reading all the way to a friendly basketball game in the driveway. I would love to chat and see if I would be a great fit for your little ones.

For 9 months, I lived within a Japanese animal shelter as a full-time caregiver. On many days, I alone cared for the nearly 50 animals in their establishment. During this time, my duties included socializing animals, administering medications, taking sick animals to the vet, cleaning the entire building and taking dogs for walks. During my time there I helped with cats, dogs, chickens, cows and even a few birds. I also have lots of experience with animals that have special needs (FIV, FELV, PTS, diabetes, Social Anxiety, etc.) and am trained to give animals various medications (shots, IV drips and pills). Most recently I worked as an Animal Control Officer, where I handled and assessed both domestic and wild animals, socialized dogs and cats, fostered kittens and frequently helped care techs clean the shelter.

My name is Sam and I am a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in early childhood education. I am currently working on my Masters degree in Elementary Education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I started childcare in high school by babysitting and teaching swim lessons. Throughout my undergrad, I worked as a caregiver for 2 families that had children with special needs, a lifeguard, and swim instructor. Post graduation I was a full time preschool teacher prior to moving to Las Vegas. Since being in Las Vegas, I have worked in the public schools as a 2nd grade teacher and work for UNLV. I've been babysitting since I was 13 years old. I often go into my mom's classroom to help her out and do simple classroom tasks and occasionally will help with kids. I have also worked at an autistic kids camp, so I have experience with special needs children. In high school, I did a program where I went into classrooms and helped teachers. I also volunteered to play with children at a children's cancer hospital. I love kids! I'm currently a student at VCU and am studying to be a nurse. Along with kids, I also love to bake, play soccer and read some books. I have my own transportation and I love to help others.
