Hello! My name is Meghan and I am currently working on a grant as an English Teacher with the Spanish Ministry of Education in Palma de Mallorca--my school is a private Catholic school and I work in the primary school (ages 4 to 13). I graduated from the University of Mary Washington in 2010 with a B. A. International Affairs and B. A. Political Science. While at Mary Wash, I babysat for a wonderful family--it began with one 2-year-old girl 50% of the time and the other 50% the cousins were in town (2-year-old, 5-year-old, 7-year-old). Then we welcomed another little girl and our crew became a fivesome! I have accompanied the family on vacations, done many overnights, have transported the kids from Fredericksburg to D. C., have done sitting for large parties. A lot of kids and a lot of chaos, doesn't scare me! While in college, I devoted all of my extra time to this one family, but in high school, I had a more varied experience. I will be returning to my parents' home in Virginia Beach on June 2nd and would be available to work any schedule on Monday June 6th. I am up for a great internship in Congress beginning in September, so this would be a summer position. I have my own transportation. I have lived in Virginia Beach my entire life. I know the Hampton Roads area extremely well. I believe that every day is an opportunity to learn. I am fluent in Spanish. I love children and am extremely organized. My brother and sister will tell you that I cook well. And I am ready for a challenge!

I have worked as a volunteer at the SPCA and have had pets my whole life. I would love to walk your dog or care for your cat. I am great with animals.

I'd describe my personality as warm, artsy, and patient. I am very detail oriented and love to organize. In my spare time, I like to paint, make jewelry, and spend time outdoors as much as possible! One thing you should know about me is that I am very easy-going and love to laugh.

Hello! I have taken care of my 2 boxers and my Frenchie pug and helped in the process of training them for years. I grew up in a farm area and a neighborhood area therefore, I know how to care for/walk dogs in both areas. I love dogs of all sizes and can provide dog sitting in your home.

Hello! My name is Kèshíra, but you can call me Shy. I have a passion for caring for children because I believe they are our future. Even though I'm 24, my life changed dramatically five years ago when my mom was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. At just 16, I took on the responsibility of helping raise a 13-year-old, a 1-year-old, and a 2-year-old, which taught me to grow up quickly. I have been a summer nanny for the past three years, in addition to babysitting for multiple families in my extra time. I've been babysitting on a regular basis since I was 13. Most of the families have babysat for have multiple kids so I am good with watching and entertaining more than one. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I also worked as a swim coach for young children so I'm comfortable spending long periods of time with them, keeping the engaged and having fun.

I received my Bachelor of Arts in History in May of 2021 and am about to receive my Master of Science in Elementary Education in the coming weeks.
