I am a recent Texas A&M graduate, currently going into nursing school to become a neonatal nurse practitioner. I have a good foundation in childcare and really enjoy spending time teaching and enriching young minds. I love to help people, I love music and I love cooking. Summer two thousand eight: I was a nanny for three children, ages three, five, and six. My job included making them meals and snacks, playing with them, light cleaning, practicing beginners Spanish and sign language with them, and often going to the park. I also walked the dog and trained him to sit. two thousand six-- two thousand 10: I worked as a nanny/babysitter for three children ages eight, five, and one. My duties included, preparing meals/snacks, helping them bathe, helping with homework occasionally, playing, singing, and interacting with them, changing diapers helping them get ready for bed, putting them to bed, and sometimes going out to places such as the zoo, or the museum with them. Summer two thousand 13-Current: I am a co-teacher at a preschool. My task include helping with lunch and snack, playing, singing and interacting with children, helping with circle time, playing with and watching students as we play outside and in the gym, cleaning, helping write lesson plans, arts and crafts, changing diapers, helping potty train, outside walks, and helping keep the learning environment fun and educational.

As a senior in high school I helped tutor middle school students in Math as well as Spanish. I also was offered and held a job as a math grader my junior and senior year at Texas A&M University because of my scores in my Math 141 and 142 (Business Math/Calculus) classes. As the oldest of three children I have also helped tutor my own siblings in various subjects. I graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M after attending for three years with a Bachelor's of Science in Health and feel very confident in my ability to teach different sciences, especially biology, math including algebra, statistics, and calculus, as well as other subjects like Spanish and English. I graduated from Texas A&M University in December 2017 with a BA in Anthropology. I recently got certified to be an elementary school teacher to teach EC-6. I have been a substitute in College Station ISD and at Heritage Christian Academy in Pearland, Tx. I recently finished my clinical teaching in Alvin ISD. I am currently seeking an elementary school job position, but if I can't find one for the spring, I would love to be a nanny for that time. I have worked with kiddos from age 6 months-10 years old.
