I have several years of experience working with elderly in skilled nursing facilities. I have worked with dementia, limited mobility, Alzheimer's, and so many other things associated with aging. I have a great respect for the elderly, I enjoy listening to their stories of their lives, and genuinely love helping them.

Hi! My name is Stephanie. Im 28 years old, currently working in tourism and entertainment. Ive worked with children for most of my teenage and adult years. I was a gymnastics coach for 5 years, I assisted with dance classes all through high school and college. Ive also spent a lot of my time working with children in community theater productions both in NY and Tennessee. Im very patient, well-educated, and compassionate. Im an Aunt to a 1-year-old niece and an 11-year-old nephew. I love watching kids learn and grow, its always exciting to see them develop personalities and knowledge.

Since I was a little girl animals have always been my passion. For most of my adult life, I was a professional in the corporate world. I didn't find it to be rewarding so I decided it was time for a change. Now I do what I love! Pets are my specialty. I've worked at doggie day cares/kennels and have been the proud parent of many loved pets for over 25 years. I have experience with overseeing and monitoring large groups as well as one on one interaction, feeding, medicine, bathing and light grooming. I specialize in belly rubs and snuggling! Many years ago, before college, I worked in a veterinarians office in Upstate NY, which is where I am from. Now that I am back on track doing what I love, I have decided I would much rather do my own thing and give one-on-one individual care to pets where they are most comfortable; in their home. I love what I do and always welcome more opportunities to spend time with people's furry children. I have 2 kitties and 2 little doggy girls. I've had pets for 25+ years and I can't imagine it any other way! If I can help others to care for their loved, furry children, I am happy to do so and I look forward to it! I have spent the last 10 years working with individuals with disabilities, such as; C Palsy, ADHD, bipolar disorders, Dementia, mild MR, OCD, Parkinson's disease, diabetes, and Alzheimer's. Job duties included: Appointment setting, transportation to appointments, community inclusion, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, meal prep, laundry, grocery shopping, errands, providing a safe atmosphere, assisting in everyday activities to insure quality care so individuals can continue to live independently in their home. Looking for part-time work, I am kind, loving, and hardworking person who treats those as if they were my own family.

I have cared for two mixed breed dogs in the past for a weekend. We had a great weekend! We went to the lake and I took them swimming and went hiking. I have experience caring for a New Zealand rabbit. I used to live Upstate so it was a magical place for the rabbit out in the fields of snow. She enjoyed it. I also cared for a Teacup Chihuahua named Tinkerbell. She loved playing fetch with crab apples.

I have three children of my own whom have been my whole life. I also have 4 wonderful grandchildren whom I adore. I have my CDA (child development accreditation) in early childhood. I have done home day care for 16+ years. I have many excellent references to provide upon request. Children have been my whole life. I have learned many things from them. I am energetic, patient, reliable, loving and compassionate. I am also A great house keeper. very efficient, I love a neat clean home.

I have worked as a CNA as a much younger woman, currently, I am a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and functional aging specialist. My passion is helping older adults to maintain their independence. Focusing on strength and balance, as well as, fall prevention. Pre-Covid, I was the fitness coordinator and taught classes at Arbor Terrace Hamilton Mill, I also taught at Park John's Creek for the past 6-7 years. I teach on zoom or in person, taking all precautions for the safety of my clients, as well as, my safety. I have worked with stroke victims, clients living with cancer. I am trained in movement disorders ( Lewy Body, Parkinson's) Please let me know, how I can assist you.

I have worked as an aide, in facilities, as well as in-home for clients. I have also worked as an assistant/team leader within 2 assisted living facilities. I am experienced at documentation and medication preparation/assistance. I am conscientious and have impeccable references. I fully enjoy assisting the elderly, while allowing them to be as independent as possible. I have found my experiences in assisting the elderly to be mutually enriching.

I'm a mother to a 5-year-old girl starting 1st grade and a 2-month-old little boy. I recently left my demanding job as a security officer and first responder. The hours were very odd and so hard to find childcare. I had to be to work before any daycare opened and some night later than any daycare would stay opened. I decided to become a stay at home mom. I'm wanting to help mothers with those odd hours. Maybe that means 4am, 9pm, or even overnight. I'm willing to be a mom's mom and understand what it means to have a job that's so demanding. I have worked with children of all ages. I worked at a Catholic school as an after school care provider for 2 years, working with ages 3-13. I have also been a nanny to a wonderful boy. I began watching him when he was 1 and 1/2 and just recently stopped regularly watching him because his mother had a new baby and is now staying at home, but he is now 5 years old. I watched the little boy every Wednesday-Saturday for a year or so, and then every Friday-Saturday for awhile when the parents' work schedule changed. The parents even flew me out to South Carolina for a week to watch him while they got married. I do still watch the newborn and him when needed though. I have also had a long term babysitting position with a family for 3 or 4 years until they moved out of state 2 years ago. I love spending time with children, and I am in the process of getting my degree in Child Psychology. I have my Associates Degree in Humanities and Social Sciences already. I am very responsible and highly aware of my surroundings at all times. I have other experience babysitting children of all ages from newborn to age 14, as well. Besides work, I have watched up to 5 children at once, on my own. I am more than willing to be an open book to any parents in question. I am comfortable, as are the parents with me, driving children places, taking them to dinner and to the park, or where ever the day leads. But I would never bring a child outside of a parent's comfort zone and would not drive if they were not fully comfortable. However, I am a very safe driver, especially when children are involved. Their safety is always my #1 priority.
