My senior year of high school I was hired as a geometry tutor for a student who was on an independent study program provided by my high school for students with disabilities or long-term illnesses, known as Home Hospital. This girl was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and due to its severity was unable to receive instruction from her teacher. I was recommended by the School's counseling department and the head of the math department to assist her. I single-highhandedly taught her the entire year long course. This opportunity gave me experience both in tutoring but as well as accommodating students with special needs. I can tutor in any subject until grade 8. I feel comfortable tutoring most high school subjects excluding sciences, but I am willing to consider them. I graduate with honors, 18th in my class having taken all honors and AP classes. I passed every AP test I took (including one that my school's valedictorian who went to Harvard could not pass). I am particularly gifted in history and social sciences, receiving a 5 (the highest possible score) in both United States History and American Government. I also am able to provide extended help in Mathematics having passed the AP calculus exam. I have taken 5 years of French, and am continuing my education in that language at B.Y.U.

I am a reliable, trustworthy and hard working caregiver. I have been working and dealing with different clients at their own home as well as those in assisted living such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson Strokes, patients with g-tube feeding and tracheotomy and many more. I have been baby-sitting and nannying for the past 10 years for multiple different families in my neighborhood as well as for a prestigious nanny referral company. I spent a summer babysitting daily for a neighbor when I was 14. I cared for their three children, ages six, four, and two. I have cared for these children on occasion ever since, as well as many other families. Through my work, I have cared for individual families, groups, and traveled over the state of Utah (as well as Nevada) for various conventions. I have been trained and certified in CPR and First Aid. I have also had a background check. I nannied full time for a family from the summer of 2007 to the winter of 2008. I was in charge of 2-year-old twins; providing quality play time, preparing meals and other snacks, occasional grocery shopping, cleaning around the house, laundry, taking the children to preschool and other locations, as well as many other tasks. I discontinued my nannying services for a year and a half as I worked in California as a full-time volunteer for my church. While in California I was trained in the Spanish language and speak with moderate fluency. I absolutely love kids, and I work well with children of all ages. I currently am a senior at Brigham Young University, studying political science with a minor in psychology. I am highly responsible, goal-oriented, dependable, and always on time. I do not drink or smoke, and I maintain very high moral standards.

I have been caring for children since I was 11 years old. I started with babysitting and now I nanny. I have experience with children from one month to 15 years old. Hello, I graduated from BYU in Early Childhood Education Dec 2013. I have been caring for children for over 14 years. My youngest brother has high functioning Down Syndrome and graduated HS. Our relationship has proven that the big sister instincts has a role in care and learning.
