My wife and I are seeking to start or join a nanny share around January 2019 for our soon to be son who will is planning on joining us in September this year.

We did a nanny share for 2 years with our older daughter with a great family near us and wanted to try and find a similar situation.

Come January, son will be about 3-4 months old, and seeking a similarly aged child (girl/boy doesn't matter). We live in NE DC in Deanwood (metro and highway-accessible off 295 & 50). We can host or travel within reason. I work near Capital One Arena, and my wife in Eastern Market. So we are open to options near either of our work locations or close to home.

We worked with a nanny from our previous share who would be a great option as a full-time nanny again. So if we start one, we have a leg up there, but are also open to joining a pre-existing share.
