Daycare teachers

Hello everyone,

I am a STAH. I have 3 kids (6, 2,1). My husband and I decided to let our 2 year old go to daycare instead of staying home. My 1 year old stays home with me only because he is the baby, and when I had him, we had just made the decision I would stop working and become a STAH. We allowed my 2 year old to stay at home for about 3 months, but we felt since he had been in daycare since 6 weeks of age, we would just put him back in daycare due to his obvious boredom with me during the day. My 2 year old is actually the sweetest out of my 3 kids. So it bothers me when the daycare teacher associate my 2 year old with the word "aggressive". The daycare is really inexepensive, my son like it there, and the employees appear to be nice and friendly. When I pick him up from school, the teacher never tells me he is aggressive with her or the other children. Yesterday, my husband pick him up and a member of the staff gives him like 3 behavior notes to sign from previous weeks; she also decided to elaborate in front of all the other parents how my son is aggressive with his teachers and friends. And when my husband asked for a "copy" of the notes, she says no, because its for internal use only. Our first two kids have been in daycare since they were newborns (Im prior military) and we have never had this to happen. I mean he is 2 and it is obvious he has inherited his shyness trait from his father. And why havent the teacher mentioned any of this to me when I pick my son up and the teacher and I occassionally chat; but she never chsts about my child's so call aggressive behavior. I guess I am wondering, if all kids dont respond in the same manner to a daycare teacher, are they going to be labeled as aggressive or not adapting to the daycare environment? I think it is kind of inaccurate to label a "2 year old"

suggestions please...

Tis
