Previous worker.

Reading to the kids at nap time wasn't allowed.

They have places to put lesson plans, but they never have anything on them. There are no lesson plans.

There is no interaction or teaching. A teacher cannot correctly teach 8 two year olds, so all they do is overwatch them.

The last straw was when both the manager(Tracy) and a coworker(The 18-24 month old teacher, Loti) claimed that there was no issue with none of their two year olds being verbal.

They actually claimed that two year olds shouldn't be verbal. They clearly aren't qualified. This is dangerous because they can't tell a parent when a child is behind in development if they don't know.

In the month I was there, I managed to get a few of the kids to LOVE reading as well as getting a child to start speaking. This clearly shows that they aren't even trying.

Might as well hire a personal babysitter, same qualifications and your child gets all the attention.
