Child care and housekeeping

Ok so anyone else have trouble finding someone who can do both? I have school age children and I think I offer a great job taking care of house and kids later. Seems if I find a great nanny she's not interested in the house and if I find a great keeper she's not a candidate for carpooling and child care. Trust me... Sometimes I think I should give up my career and take my own job!,,, obviously, huh?
