We will need someone several hours Monday-Thursday to overlap when I leave to go to work in the evenings until my husband gets off work. It would typically be 2-3 hours a day- but occasionally we may need help later into the evening if my husband has late meetings (probably a few times per month). He works nights and watches our two boys during the day as I work from home, but on an as needed basis (and he is often asked with little notice ahead of time), he will be given double shifts.
