My husband and I have a sweet daughter and 2 dogs, we are looking for child care backup when our family is unavailable for date nights, weddings, etc.

My husband and I are in need of a sitter. We have an 11yo boy who has special needs(Down Syndrome) He has some trouble with potty training and communication. We have an 8yo boy as well. They're very easy. Looking for someone who can do date nights every once (Fri or Sat) and once a week from after school to about 530. It's all very flexible, though. We don't have a lot of outside help so we need someone who loves kids, is dependable, non smoker, and has reliable transportation. It would be at our home (does have camera). Also a small dog, but he usually stays to himself. We're hoping to find someone long term. We have only ever had 2 sitters ever who were with us for years.
