We both work full time and will need a sitter at our home everyday besides Saturday at 5:45 a.m. until my daughter goes to daycare at 8 a.m. which you would take her too. Light housekeeping is expected while your with her. You may do your thing while she is in daycare. You will get paid when she is in your care. If daycare needs her to be picked up you will be the one getting her. She regularly gets picked up at 4 p.m. and will need to have dinner and get bathed until one of us gets home around 7-8 p.m. There for you will get paid $16/hr for 7hrs a day unless she is in your care for more than 7hrs or you go and run errands for us. She will also need to be cared for while sick as I can't pay bills taking days off. I am a very strict mom on a very strict schedule. I do not mind if you vape but no cigarettes. Keep it out of reach etc.
