We're looking for someone to help us with our 5-month-old when I return to work. At the moment we have my mom helping tuesdays and wednesdays so we are looking for help on Thursdays with the possibility of taking on tuesdays and Wednesdays down the line. He is a sweet boy who loves to laugh and play. We would love someone with experience with this age and who is familiar with helping with milestones and feedings. I have three kids (5-month-old, 2-year-old and 6-year-old). Our 6-year-old is in therapy full time 9-3:30 so typically he won't be home, however, may need to pick up from therapy and bring back home for a few hours a few weeks a year. This summer, I will need someone to watch my 2-year-old (will be turning 3) and baby (will be turning 1) for about 10-15 hours a week on average, with some weeks being more hours - times are flexible during the day. There is a week July 14th-18th that would be a full 40-45 hours & would include drop off or pick up for my 6-year-old to therapy nearby while I'm away for business & my husband is working. We are also open to someone who may have some flexibility for evenings & weekends as well to watch all three kids so we can have a date night.
