We are looking for someone to come at least two days a week (it could turn into more days) from 3:30-6:30 p.m. to supervise kids and make family dinner. Parents work from home and can co-manage kid care. It's just incredibly helpful to have another adult in the house and who is taking the lead on dinner prep, cooking, and clean-up. That then allows us (the parents) to spend our limited available time connecting with our kids. Our three children are great and have a pretty standard after school routine (after school activities, free play with neighbors, homework, screen time). For dinner, we can help meal plan and get groceries, but also see this role being managed by the care provider eventually.
