My wife and I are expecting a baby boy in October of this year. We are looking for an in home baby sitter for Monday through Friday while we are working.

Looking for overnight babysitter for first time parents of a newborn. We both work midnights currently so finding a consistent reliable babysitter has been a challenge.

My oldest son is allergic to milk and eggs. He has an epipen. My schedule changes weekly as I work one day from home. It won't always be 4 days a week. We also currently have a sitter that allows us to pay based on the day. Half days are $30 a day and full days we pay $60 a day. We pay her on a weekly basis and that is very helpful to us. We can be flexible with price to an extent.
