Hello! We are searching for a sitter that can come to our home for 3 days a week for 6-7 hours a day to watch our 2 little girls while I work from home during the weekdays. Exact days for childcare are open to discussion, but will be agreed upon in advance. We would like someone that will watch and play with the kids, coloring/crafts, some basic learning activities etc. We would ask that you be comfortable with giving breakfast, lunch, and snack to the girls (food of course provided by us). I'm looking for a sitter to help with my 3-year-old son every other Thursday from 8:30 to 2:15. Other days of the week he is at preschool. I can do work from home on Thursdays but an extra set of hands would be a big help and once we are all comfortable with each other there may be some Thursdays where I am only work from home part of the day and have to leave for other parts. Our son is Autistic and attends therapy Mon - Fri from 9am-3 p.m. He really just needs to be supervised and assisted with needs as he is nonverbal. He is very loving and non aggressive with behavior. He loves his toys more so the sensory ones. Our ideal babysitter would need to be able to drop him off at daycare in the mornings at 9 a.m. We will pay for gas as well.

I also don't need all five days covered, I usually work about three. Looking for someone that is also open to the idea of baby #2 joining our household in 2025! (Obviously increasing the rate then). I have a 3-year-old little girl, a 9-year-old boy and a 13-year-old boy. The 13-year-old is self sufficient. I just need the sitter to implement homework time (which involves reading and maybe spelling or vocab words), get dinner together (which will usually be prepared ahead of time), bedtime routine. The 3-year-old is the only one that needs help, the other one just needs direction. They enjoy board games, toys, reading, crafts and coloring. I allow TV after everything is done for an hour tops.
