Hello. We are looking for a babysitter with flexibility. My husband and I both work schedules that change weekly. In general, I think we would need maybe once or twice a week during the day (6-5) but we might also need an overnight (7-8:30) here or there. I would guess not more than twice a month for an overnight. We do know our schedules for the entire month around the 10th of the month before so it wouldn't be last minute.
