The ideal candidate MUST have experience with babies/infants/toddlers, ensure a safe environment, follow routines, and communicate effectively with parents about the child's needs. CPR and First-Aid certified is a plus. Please be fully vaccinated and wear a mask. MUST be willing to interview and provide references upon request. Must be willing to undergo a background check. We prefer someone who's willing to stay with us long term as we don't want our son to keep getting used to someone new.
