Need Babysitter

Working an hour away just need a babysitter for while I'm at work, just moved to Birmingham and taking a week off to find childcare.

We are looking for a reliable House Manager/Nanny. The role will start with up to 15 hours/week. Great opportunity for a student due to the schedule flexibility! I am looking for a nanny to help with my 3 kids with primary focus on our newborn expected early July. Their responsibilities would be focused on the baby and then helping with my other 2 before and after school as needed. I want this person to have a car to help with takings kids to and from school and activities as needed. I would like someone who could also babysit nights/weekends/overnights as needed as well. I think of this person ultimately like a house manager - helping us keep tabs on all things kids related (what groceries we need, doing kids laundry, cleaning up after the kids, etc.). I want someone who has experience with kids and disciplining but also understands the newborn phase as well. We really want this person to be an extension of our family and with us for years to come!

We're looking for a nanny for our 11-month-old daughter, while our 3-year-old is at school. Ideally 3-4 days a week Monday-Thursday, 8am-1:15 p.m. She usually naps from 10-12ish.
