The worst experience I've ever encountered. Zila was very unprofessional. I called Zila on Tuesday Nov 2 after seeing her reviews on Google, she was fortunate to have good reviews by people that had a great one time experience with her... this was NOT one of them.
I informed Zila that I was moving into a Rental & that the previous renters left the walls extremely filthy and asked if she could deep clean the house and sanitize, I made sure to give her all details: 1800sqft house, One story, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, No furniture in home . She quickly accepted and said she could work that same day. I asked her how much she would charge for the deep clean, she quoted me an amount & said it would be extra for windows, I told her that wouldn't be a problem. I let her know that the power was not connected yet but she could start the following day once the power & water were on. She scheduled the appointment at 4pm Wednesday Nov 3rd. I made sure to call her an hour before the appointment just to confirm with her. Zila forgot and wrote me down for Thursday Nov 4th instead of the date we discusse, but she said she would do the cleaning that day and she would be on time. I waited for her until 5pm, Called & her & text her (no answer) and couldn't wait any longer. She text me at 5:30pm to tell me that she couldn't open my door, then said she got in. At 8:30 she text me that she was almost done. At 9pm I walked the house and she wasn't even close to finishing. She told me that she wrote down that the house was a 2 bedroom 2 bath home and that she didn't bring her cleaning equipment to clean correctly, that she didn't bring a ladder. We waited for her till 10pm & she said she could stay and she would lock up. I was not comfortable with that and told her I would wait for her to get her things together and she can continue tomorrow (she gave me a time of 11am). It was 10:30pm and she was still inside the house, my husband had to ask her to leave because our children were exhausted and tired (we still had to drive to our other home). She told me I had to pay her the full amount then and there and she would finish tomorrow. I told her i needed an invoice to see what I was paying for because she did not finish the job. She said she would send it to me. once we arrived home, I received a Zelle request of the full amount with a note that it was for the cleaning of our Rental home. I told her that I still needed an invoice, I sent her the full amount via Zelle In hope that she would finish the job.
on Thursday, Nov 4 I went to the house she "cleaned" only to see the work she had done at night. The toilets were left dirty, the walls were not touched, the bath tub was left with water and dirt, the windows looked horroficial. I'm not even sure she sanitized anything. I called her to make sure she was still going to come to finish. It has been an ongoing argument with her to come finish the job she had promised.
TILL THIS DAY- MONDAY, NOV 15th SHE HAS NOT RETURNED TO FINISH THE JOB. She speaks Unprofessionally about and to her clients over the phone.
I requested a $60 refund for the Unfinished work (not the full refund) and she refuses, she claims that she does not do refunds (this information was not given to me at the time of booking Or on the Invoice that took her three days to send me after she had been paid).
