My wife and I moved last year October from Italy to Bartlett with our three cats. We started looking for a responsible pet sitter during the times we would be out of town or country.

I contacted Susan to find out about her services with What a Pet Wants Pet Sitting. She came over to the house to meet us, as well as the three guys, and talk about the company's services. Right at the beginning, I felt very comfortable with her watching over our guys. They were a little skittish with a new person, but one of them did initially come up to her. It has now been 13 months utilizing her services. During this time, they have watched our pets approximately 7-8 times. She has provided nothing but exceptional service each and every time. Two instances come to mind that demonstrated her remarkable and trustworthy work ethic. Our plane was delayed and forced us to arrive back home much later than expected. A quick text to Susan and she took care of the guys for an additional day. The second time was during a short notice unplanned trip, she was able to cover the days.

Me and my wife sincerely appreciate Susan and her pet sitting. We always enjoy her notes on what the guys did while she is there. Looking forward for using her pet services for years to follow.
