For the past 7 years, Dr. Bauman and his staff cared for our precious little Moet. Moet had many health challenges. Dr. Bauman and his staff treated her as if she were theirs. They were at all times kind, considerate, caring and compassionate. We trusted Dr. Bauman's expertise. He explained issues, gave options, and listened to our concerns. When Moet needed specialized procedures or treatments, he or his staff always followed up. We are showbirds. If I had a question when we were in the north and I called, he returned the call. I recommend VCA, Dr. Bauman, and his practice to all of our friends who have pets.
The last day of her life, Dr. Peterson spent much time and effort diagnosing and looking for potential treatments. When the options ran out, we were taken to a special comforting and private room where Moet crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Bauman and Allie showed compassion for both Moet and us. They helped our precious little Moet find peace.
