Dr. Ponte is the worst vet. He's never in the office and wants to do tests for EVERYTHING. He also pushes puppy pills. I think he was listening to the receptionist on her phone. Every word she was saying to me and if she said something wrong, he would make her pick up the phone and correct her. I could see it on her face, she was horrified. Not to mention she couldn't get a word out edgewise. I felt horrible for her. She didn't like what he was doing to her I could tell but, she was under surveillance. I know that because they made a point to tell another client once before when he was "acting out". It's no wonder there is always a different girl at the front desk, they are running for the hills.
