Executive Function Coaching: Take Control of Your Future
Coaching, including ADHD Coaching, helps clients identify strengths, set goals, increase self-awareness, develop social skills, and create strategies that enable them to be more effective in managing day-to-day life. Each coaching partnership is uniquely created for the individual's specific strengths and struggles. My coaching helps:
Teens
What if you could...
Be more motivated, organized, and productive?
Stop thinking so many negative thoughts?
Reduce your stress and feel less overwhelmed?
Stop fighting so much with your parents?
Stop feeling so stuck?
Imagine how it would feel if you could build your self-esteem and your confidence to live a more balanced and peaceful life. I can help empower you to realize your strengths and develop strategies to successfully manage everyday pressures.
Parents
You fiercely love your child, but you just don't understand her. Every time you try to help, you feel as though you are pushing your child further away. You are tired of a home filled with tears, raised voices, and frustration. You are worried and sad and at a loss about what to do. I can help you understand your complicated kid and why the things you are doing just aren't working.
College Students
Are you feeling overwhelmed with the academic and social demands of college life? The challenges of living away from home, juggling multiple classes, and figuring out the social landscape of dorm life can be difficult to navigate. College is an extraordinary time of independence and intellectual and emotional growth, but if you aren't managing all of the demands, it can be chaotic and can lead to low grades, poor health, and overall disengagement. I can help you successfully navigate (and actually enjoy) your college experience.
Young Adults
You've graduated from college. Now what? Or you feel stuck and unhappy in a job or in a relationship. You know that you want this time in your life to be filled with discovery and passion, but it's not. I can help you make the changes that will bring you the life you envisioned.

ABOUT TSE: I'm an academic tutor and coach specializing in ADHD and Executive Function support. I help teens and young adults find peace by feeling capable and confident in school, at home, and in the world around them. Parents: I also help you understand your complicated kid and why the things you are doing just aren't working.
Over the past 30 years, I have had the privilege of working with adolescents and know that they are spectacular, messy, passionate people who often struggle in school and at home. Throughout my career in education, I have held classroom and leadership positions in both public and independent schools and understand the unique cultures of both environments. I have worked as a secondary English teacher, a librarian, a school-based and Central Office Gifted and Talented teacher, and most recently as a personal coach.
I bring not only my professional background to my coaching practice, but also my personal experience as the mother of a child with ADHD, Anxiety, and Executive Function weaknesses. I fully understand the day-to-day challenges of parenting a child who struggles. Honestly, the worry can bring you to your knees, but I also know the joys of watching your child feel capable and confident.
I firmly believe that everything starts and ends with the relationship, and progress begins only when someone feels heard and understood. I am able to very quickly connect with my clients and establish the trust that is necessary for growth. I am confident that I can offer my energy, my experience as a teacher and parent, and my deep respect for teenagers, young adults, and their parents who are working so hard to navigate these often bumpy paths. Contact me to learn more about how I can help adolescents, young adults, and parents feel empowered to grow.
