Dropped our dog off yesterday He's a puppy and this was his first grooming 45 minutes later I got a phone call while driving which was on speakerphone. 3 people heard the lady say our dog was dead. After a pause of at least 60 seconds she said he was squirming and so she couldn't continue She was obviously flustered, and angry at us, for bringing our puppy to her. But it was unmistakeable that she initially said our dog was dead Tina sold this business several months ago. We had a relationship with her that stretched back years and she would NEVER have said this to us. Todays date is 9/20/24

Took our Shepherd/chow mix in today to get shaved, and WOW they did such a GREAT Job. Tina took extra care with him as he is 13 and accommodated him with giving him breaks when he was tired and pampered him. I have tried another groomer in houghton lake I will not name them but it was awful, I was lucky to find Tina's Tender Touch. I will definitely be going back and they will be the only place I will take my baby for my furbabies needs. Also they were Very Reasonably priced, Same as other groomers and the service is sooo much better. I totally trust them, and for me that says a lot! Thank you Tina for the Excellent job on Sammie!
