I DO NOT RECOMMEND JASMINE AND THIS COMPANY. First let me say, I am the type of person who will always praise a company for great service, but I will also address issues with customer service as well. I would encourage you to look elsewhere for a company that can actually complete the services they say they provide and with high quality. Jasmine found me when I was asking for cleaning service references. We communicated a number of times. I was most interested in deep cleaning services. After clarifying with her that her fees included what I was requesting, I scheduled for service. She mentioned it would be two people and take about 4 hours. When she was scheduled to come, I got a text from her 30 minutes before my appt telling me she was sick and needed to reschedule, which I obliged. When her crew came the next week, there were 4 women. I left my home while they cleaned and planned to be back before they finished. However, after only 1 hour I was told they were done and I could pay via zelle which I did and included a tip even though I hadn't seen the work. When I came home I was extremely disappointed. Not only did they completely skip my daughters room, NO DEEP CLEANING occurred and everything else was done half a$$. I immediately contacted Jasmine. She seemed very apologetic and not sure why the service was so poor. She offered to clean it again for free. Since all of this occurred right before Christmas time I told her we could wait until the new year. Well here we are in April and nothing ever happened. Every time I tried to schedule something she would say oh let me check the schedule and get back to you. Then she finally does schedule and no one shows up. I reach out to find out why and "she doesn't know why no one showed up" but she will get me rescheduled. And yeah that never happened. I have now asked for a refund, which she initially said she would do that evening. Then of course she did not, this time claiming she just got out the hospital. However, if she can text me back, she can take 2 seconds to zelle me my money. I followed up a couple times and she said she would do that night and still nothing. Now she is just totally ignoring my requests. I recommend you find another company for your cleaning needs. She is definitely a fraud and I plan on reporting her business to the BBB and anywhere else necessary.
