On April 9, I paid WMTC $100 to have my apartment cleaned and a date was set. For personal reasons, I had to cancel the date and reschedule several times. Everytime I did, Kimberly was very nice about it. In late May, I called Kimberly, left her a message to please refund my money bcz I didn't need their help at this time. Since then, I have called 9 times and left a message everytime bcz my calls were not being answered. In each message, I asked for a call back, which has never happened, and I asked for my money to be refunded. It is now July 22, and I am now going to file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office. I would not recommend anyone hire WMTC based on this. Terrible customer service.

VERY GOOD SERVICE! Kim had the worse OCD which is great! She MAKES SURE we are 100% satisfied. Her team is a mix of all races (Mexican, Spanish, black white, etc). My house was spotless! I can't thank her enough!

Kim is wonderful! Her and her team came and she makes sure the cleaning is to our liking. She is also very diligent and organized. I am now a repeat weekly customer.
