Founded by Toni Brown in 1985 from home, The Cleaning Connection started to spread like a wildfire all by word-of-mouth. Taking Travis, her only child, to every job and loving the freedom it provided, she soon hired a few employees to help. Some of these employees are still with us today. Lorena, Marisol, and Victor have been wonderful mainstays of our home-grown company and their loyalty and professionalism continue to be the lifeblood of our success. With the addition of Laura, our amazing office manager in 1999, day-to-day operations are in good hands and when you call, chances are, you'll hear Laura's helpful voice. As time went on, Toni married Roger Farson, a long time friend, in 2004. In October of 2006, she lost a courageous battle with cancer. Since then, Roger Farson and Travis Brown have taken the reigns and are happy to report that The Cleaning Connection will not only survive, but thrive in her memory.

What Makes Us Different?
Each team of 3 or 4 employees is led by a team supervisor, and each team member is held responsible for certain tasks or a certain area. The supervisor oversees everyone on the job and confirms that each individual need is met on the work order. These needs range from adjusting the thermostat, to special instructions regarding pets, to making sure that the mail is brought in. This method of team cleaning means that we are in the home for a shorter time giving the client more time to enjoy their home. Our longstanding reputation also allows us to be trusted with keys and alarm codes for 99% of our 300 clients. Because of this, we also offer services like vendor access for repairs and emergency access to guests or family members who forgot their key.

Windows, Mirrors, and Patios-
Our most popular service besides housekeeping is our window and mirror cleaning. Our window crew, headed up by Victor, is responsible for taking care of any outside cleaning duties such as garages and patios. They also clean any skylights, high interior windows, large windows, walled mirrors and high cobweb removal. Even polishing stainless steel BBQ's and washing patio furniture is no problem for Victor and his crew. In fact, we also get many requests for golf cart battery maintenance and cleaning. Whatever you need, we can most likely handle it.
