Our staff is employees, not contractors. Our employees are trained extensively, with a professional animal behaviorist and a company employee trainer. They are properly trained on safe walking techniques and animal health and care. They have undergone criminal background checks provided by a local private investigator and are reviewed annually. As employees, they carry additional insurance, including workers' compensation if they get hurt on the job.

As employees, they have a responsibility to provide services according to our standards of care. You can be assured our staff will provide the services requested, during the time requested, and for the amount of time requested. We schedule services using a state-of-the-art real-time scheduling system that will GPS the sitters' location and time of visits to the appointment. You will never have to worry about a missed, short, or unexpected visit.

We provide a loving environment in your home or ours. We are responsive, professional, and understanding. We will make every effort to keep your animals in their normal routine. We provide mid-day walks, occasionally, or daily. Our other services include daily pet sitting, overnight care in your home or ours, puppy care, and pet transport.
