Gus and team are fantastic. They are reliable and great with my dog, who is sometimes a handful. They have a great system and communicated well, so I know exactly when the walk has been completed, and if there were any issues. They are also wonderful people, and I am completely comfortable having them in my home and caring for my dog.

We recently moved away from the DC area, but for six years Pet Peeps provided daily dog walks and pet sitting for our dog and cat. Gus and his team were always available (even on short notice for emergencies) and always took excellent care of our fur-kids and went the extra mile. We always knew our pets were in good hands.

Gus and Andrew are fantastic! Over the last several years, they have taken care of my brother's cats (due to a physical and mental infirmity). They have gone above and beyond for Gary and his cats, and I am forever grateful! Thank you, Pet Peeps!

Pet Peeps helped me out when I was in a bind, after my care arrangements over the holidays fell through. I even got pics of my little furbabies while I was gone.

I paid for 4 days of cat sitting service but it was pretty obvious someone only came two days due to my cats litter box being extremely full, food bowl empty and water bowl covered with a disguising film (must have not been changed at all). Further, the sitter did not leave my key back in the lockbox so some mystery pet sitter had my house key. I told the owner all I wanted was for him to follow up with the sitter and find out when he was there and refund me for any days that no one came by. Never heard from the owner again.

I've been using Pet Peeps for almost five years and have always been very satisfied with the service. The walkers have always been very attentive and responsive to any needs that have arisen. They gone the extra mile including cleaning up after a very sick dog, accommodating last minute walks, and giving updates via text if requested. Would highly recommend!

My review is somewhere between 3-4 stars
Pros: PetPeeps has an easy-to-book online appointment system; they offer affordable pet-sitting services; I trust them to follow my instructions and keep my pet & home safe and secure when I'm away
Cons: I have no idea who my pet-sitter is--they seem to vary each time. Sometimes the sitter leaves notes/sends me texts but other times I only know that someone has been there because the cat's bowl is full. I really wish PetPeeps had some sort of system wherein they'd tell you who was going to be your sitter at the time they confirm the appointment, and that there was some consistency as to the sitter sending you a text/email on the first day of your absence just to check in.
