Stay away from this grooming salon! They are inexperienced & very unprofessional! I took my dog there for a haircut & I noticed he was acting funny when he got home. He was whining & looked distressed. I examined my dogs body & he yelped when I touched his testicles. Upon closer examination, I noticed that my dog had a deep cut on his testicles & he also had a cut on his penis. I don't even know why they shaved his testicles smh I contacted the owner of the grooming salon & instead of apologizing, she placed the blame on me. She lied, said my dog was heavily matted (he didn't have any matts) & said this wouldn't have happened to my dog if I brought him in more often. That's not the proper way to handle things. She was extremely unprofessional about the situation at hand & spoke to me in a very condescending manner. Then one of the groomers sent me a very nasty email with profanity & name calling. I will never take my pet there again! I advise you to stay away from this shop if you care about the safety of your pet.
