Took my 2 dogs to be groomed and one dog came back very quite with no appetite. And the other was completely shaved down. I was informed that he would need to be shaved on the bottom part of his skirt not his entire body. They even cut down his tail and beard. She said she would call me if there were going to be any changes and that she was going to try and use a de tangler. She never called me otherwise I would of not gone forward with the appointment.
