Welcome to S.T.R.E.T.C.H Tutoring! Owner, Jen Jackson, works in conjunction with a network of current and previous teachers to meet the diverse needs of all of our clients. All tutors are enthusiastic, experienced educators who come into your home to workwith your children, create learning goals, and assist in their academic achievement. I have taught both second and fourth grade in Maynard Public Schools since 2000. I have a masters in Elementary Education. I am trained in Writers Workshop, Six Traits Writing, Collins Writing, Keys to Literacy, Guided Reading, TERC Math, Envisions Math, and many other educational programs used within the Massachusetts Public Schools. Additionally, I am an experienced tutor. After having two children and many years in the classroom, I have decided to take my love of teaching and the classroom into a more personalized setting. As both an educator and a parent, I understand the importance of a unique and individualized experience for each child's learning profile.
