Ms. Bel has been an absolute blessing to both my children and I. As a single mother and active duty military, having no family here in Texas - she has been such a huge help and has gone above and beyond for not just my daughter, but for all the children she cares for. I feel so fortunate and lucky to have her as my daycare provider! If I could take her with me when I recieve orders to my next duty station, I totally would! She is loved very much by all the children and their parents and anyone who decides to have her as their daycare provider will be making a wonderful decision.

We are a military family and were strongly opposed to in-home daycare, as we never live anywhere long enough to get to know people well. When our 3 year old son continued to struggle in larger daycare classrooms, I took to care.com to find an alternative. After reviewing Stay and Play I knew I'd found a tested, loving, experienced, small classroom option. I was floored by Ms. Beljica's command of the classroom, compassion for the children, and structure. The learning plans she sent out to parents were more specific than the plans we'd experienced at Primrose (an educational daycare that worked well for our daughter but was not a good fit for our son). "Ms. Bella" (as my son called her) offered exceptional teaching (she got my son writing!), wonderful healthy lunches and snacks, and talked-about-for-weeks celebrations and field trips, all while encouraging creativity and activity. When we moved out of state last month the most difficult thing to leave was a daycare we knew our son was thriving in and loved. Military families: Ms Bella gets it. She's the wife of a recent military retiree, and has committed herself to serving the mission by caring for our children. If you have a chance to receive care at Stay and Play, take it!

First let me say, Mrs. Scott is an amazing provider. She treats our son like he is one of her own. He loves to go to daycare and comes home with so much knowledge. From day one she has been inviting and welcoming. We are very blessed to have her in our life. Our son is so advanced for his age and learns so much daily! She mixes learning and playing together and provides the best care possible!! Highly recommend Mrs. Scott to anyone!

Ms. Bel is a godsend and a wonderful care provider for our daughter! She has the perfect mix of education and play for the kids and really works with our work schedule as parents. She offers extended care and weekends for a very reasonable price, which is a miracle for me as a nurse who works long hours and sometimes night shift. She is very supportive of military parents! Our daughter is 3 years old and has been with her since she was 15 months and she is so advanced for her age but I know it's all thanks to Ms Bel! She is the best ever!!

First I would like to say, I am a single military mother with an almost 4 year old daughter and child care has never been easy for me to find that would be able to handle full time hours and then some. Ms. Bell goes above and beyond that! Not only does she help me out, she provides a place my daughter WANTS to go to and with young child you know that's not easy. When my daughter first started at Ms. Bell she we were lucky enough to get her to count to 10 and now an almost 4 year old can count to 20, point her numbers out, knows her letters, animals, colors, and much more. It's not just a daycare it's much more than that! I've already been told my daughter meets kindergarten level and has never attended an actual public preschool. Ms. Bell offers awesome food for the kids and my daughter looks forward to the birthday celebrations each month. I highly recommend Stay and Play Care Home to everyone it's beyond worth it and more!

The stay and play home is hands down the best place I could imagine for my child. Miss Bel makes sure a your child is getting the best possible care. Mis Bel cares for your child as her own and teaches them how to be kind caring little individuals. The curriculum they follow is fabulous. My child came to Miss Bel's last year and can now write her name, count to 100, write the alphabet, and can do math at the age of 4. When I brought her to stay and play in April she didn't know how to write her name nor could she write the alphabet and to be honest I wasn't even thinking about math. My child is brighter and well cared for with Miss Bel. I asked my 4 year old what she liked about stay and play, this is what she said:

"She has baby dolls"
"I like her food"
You will never find a place like Stay and play home. It's the unicorn of all child care!

Where do I start?? I could literally speak for days about Mrs. Bel and Stay & Play...As a single mom and medical provider, I need to be able to go to work and truly focus while I'm there not having to 'worry' about my baby. Well when I was referred to Mrs. Bel, I can now do just that...go to work not worry an ounce! Mrs. Bel is a PHENOMENAL provider and teacher, NOT just a babysitter! My little one who just turned two knows more Spanish than me :/, can identify numbers 1-10, knows his colors, is daytime potty trained...I could go on! Mrs. Bel is a true God send and I feel so blessed to have her and her family in my family's life! She has a strong family support system and they have a very strong love for one another...just another characteristic I LOVE. I wouldn't change a thing and wouldn't have it any other way!!!

Belgica, "Ms. Bel," has truly been a blessing. As a single parent of a 15 month old, I came to a new area not knowing how I was going to be a full time military officer and nurse and find trustworthy care for my daughter. I found Stay and Play through the referral of a mutual friend, and I could not be more pleased.

I can say all of the same things as the other reviewers-as a care provider, Ms. Bel is one of the best, doing more than just "babysitting" she is a teacher to even the youngest children in her care. In addition to all of the amazing things she does for her kids, she has also helped me with getting around a new city - she helped me to get a doctor's appointment for my daughter when I couldn't-at the hospital I work at!

My daughter loves Ms. Bel and her family as her own, loves being at Stay and Play, and she almost never wants to leave at the end of the day! If you want peace of mind knowing that your child(ren) is taken care of, then look no further! She is the best!

One of the hardest things about being a parent is having to find additional care for your child/children, because no one can take care of your children quite like you, except for Stay and Play Care. There are millions of providers out there but only a select few that will actually help grow your children. My children (3yr & 4 yrs) both loved their time spent at Stay and Play Care. Mrs. Bel provides a very safe, clean, and structured environment. The children are always engaged in some form of activity. You will not walk into a room with children placed in front of a TV or placed in a room with no direction. You can tell that Mrs. Bel truly has a passion for what she does as it shows in the level of care she provides. A monthly curriculum is constructed and sent to parents, and the children are engaged daily in educational activities that help them learn. I can honestly say that my children loved being here and that as a parent, I left my children in Mrs. Bel's care without any sort of worry because she opens up heart and home to create a loving environment. I knew my children were going to be well cared for and challenged to learn. I highly recommend this program to everyone. I'm only leaving because I'm relocating to another city.

Mrs. Scott has gone above and beyond our expectations for the care and development of our daughter. When my wife and I PCS' to Fort Sam, Mrs. Scott was crucial in making our transition to JBSA a pleasant and enjoyable one. It was very easy to see that Mrs. Scott is a devoted care provider who has firm understanding of early childhood development.
During Fathers day Mrs. Scott helped all the children make their own frames with pictures of their dads. My daughter was very happy and proud to give it to me. It was one of the best presents I have ever received.
Kimmie has learned most of her numbers, colors, abc, since attending Stay and play care home with Mrs. Scott. She was also completely potty trained within weeks of going to her program. Our daughter has grown so much mentally and I know it is only because of Mrs. Scott learning curriculum. Everyday I am surprised with my daughter's vocabulary words and her command of the English and Spanish languages.
All in I can say with the utmost confidence that Mrs. Scott is probably the best and most influential care provider we will ever have. I have never see somebody so dedicated to the care and development of young children. Mrs. Scott goes beyond the call of duty.. Her kindness, dependability, and concern for the children wellness and safety should be emulated by all. Thank you for be a good provider.

I don't even know where to begin.... My first born and only child has been with"Ms Bel" since the tender age of 9mos. He's now getting ready to turn 4, he is years above his age group and a lot of that is because of Ms Bel. The way she teach the kids is on the level of Pre-k/Kindergarden. When kids leave her they are prepared to actually test out of those two grade levels. She potty train in two weeks or less, everyday is curriculum based, she provide 2/3 home cooked (FCC) approved hot meals. She also incorporate physical activities, getting the kids outside and active. She is truly a blessing and totally rid me of the fears I had of being an Active duty parent, She is beyond flexible, understanding, extremely passionate about caring for children and as long as you are an active parent and work with her your child will soar. She has been provider of the year here and overseas, and also majors in early childhood development. If you choose her you will be be beyond satisfied. She is like family, I'm actually sad my son has to leave her all day facility to attend pre-k this summer. However it's not a total loss she provides after school program. Guess she's stuck with my lil stinka for a few more years, which is awesome because he loves her right up there with "mommy and daddy" and he says it everyday. I advise anyone looking for a PROVIDER instead of a daycare facility chose wisely and get every penny worth and go with Stay and Play Care, your child and their future teachers will greatly appreciate it.

As a military spouse you meet many people in your life. You have the difficult job of finding someone you trust to care for your kids if you aren't around. Well, thank God for angels because Belgica Scott was our angel while living in TX. From day one she embraced my daughter as if she were her own. She helped potty train her, taught her alphabet & numbers. My son learned to read because of Mrs Scott at age 4. He entered Kindergarten on a 2nd grade reading level, and this can be directly attributed to the program she Provided to our children. There was never any cause for concern and we are always confident in her ability to care for our children. I highly recommend Stay and play care home ( Belgica Scott) to serve in any role dealing with child education services and all child care service.

Stay & Play Care is better than any other care facility I have seen and experienced. The provider, Ms. Scott, is very loving and fun to be around. The food is phenomenal and the hours that they are open complies with my schedule. I couldn't ask for a better care facility because this one has everything I need.

Mrs. Scott is the best fcc provider EVER! I wouldn't recommend anybody but her. She connects with the kids and creates a great and safe environment for the kids. Mrs. Scott's' stay and play care service is definitely my highest recommendation when choosing day cares.

Mrs. Scott owner and leader is one of the best Child care Providers I have ever met in San Antonio Texas. My 2 year- old son experienced some separation anxiety when I would drop him off in the morning but Mrs. Scott was always there to receive him with a big hug and fun activity to engage my child. We Observed multiple times her curriculum and we were impressed with her organization, compassion, sense of humor, passion for teaching and positive attitude. She has an amazing understanding of how to relate to children and how to facilitate their cognitive growth and development. As military family we move around many place we are bless to have her as my son Provider. I would highly recommend STAY AND PLAY CARE to any parent looking for TOP- QUALITY CHILDCARE HOME.
