Beware! Sparkly Maid charged me a $50 deposit, cancelled the appointment day-of, and won't return the deposit. They do not answer my calls anymore and I have no recourse since the deposit was paid via Venmo.

This business is unbelievably unprofessional. They canceled my cleaning the night before. They texted a confirmation text and then less that 15 mins later they texted saying that because I was unresponsive they were canceling. The text was during rush hour while I was driving to pick up my kids. Despite my calling them back the literal moment I get home less than 45 mins later they had already given away my spot. Their support staff tried to lie about how much time they gave me but screenshots don't lie and I have the screenshot! Dishonest, unprofessional & unreliable. DO NOT USE!

Cleaner came in for about 40 minutes, soaked the floor with a wet cloth then said she was done and left. I contacted the company with pictures of how she left the floor soaking wet and things that were not cleaned. I was 10 months pregnant and couldn't move like I once could. Since they make you pay in advance, i contacted the company for a refund since the job was incomplete it is now weeks later and they have yet to rectify this issue. I contacted them again and they said by the end of the week I would receive a refund but please understand the cleaner quit and they have other customers they have to help as well. I found this to be very unprofessional and left a bad image. I would not recommend.

First time using the service and very disappointed with the work. We signed up for a deep clean and the ladies used the wrong cleaner on the floors making them sticky and dirtier than before. I had to point out several areas they missed in the bathroom and they could not figure out what I was asking them to clean. They did not move the furniture themselves like we asked them to do. Owner of company Angel refused to give us a discount on the poor service to a fair price
