As long as I am clear about what I want, my Isabella makes sure it is completed.
Her English is not very good, BUT anyone who can use a computer can solve this problem right then & there.
Just go on Google and you can request translating English into (??) whatever language your cleaner speaks. Like in my case, Isabella speaks Polish. So if I doubt what I am saying or whether I can get her to understand me, I just write it out in English on Google and it instantly and automatically translate it. Print it out and give it to your cleaner. It is that simple. If you don't have computer, call the office and they will be sure to get a translation to your cleaner.
If I recall correctly, we have been with English Maids for a little over two years now and I plan on staying with them.
My husband's comment (which is a lot for a man) was: I'm satisfied.
