I have never had a problem with any dog walking company until I decided to go with Simply Yours Concierge. The owner, Kyle has no management skills, is new to the business, and has no idea how to run a company. He is very untrustworthy, and will do things behind the clients back. I have heard this from other people as well, so I am not the only client who feels this way. He is all about his money and he shows it. Kyle is extremely unprofessional in his line of work, and treats his employees poorly. He was very rude to me, and does not try to work with you in any way possible. I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from this company if you would like to feel comfortable leaving your pet in good hands...
