3 1/2 to 4 hours to groom two small dogs? Really? The Paws & Bubbles dog grooming van idled for 4 hours today - nonstop in our residential neighborhood. On a previous visit, their large van ran 3 1/2 hours nonstop. We understand that mobile grooming vehicles need to be running but we question the length of time they are running. The omissions from their vehicles adversely affect our air-quality in our neighborhood. So when we previously questioned their technician asking why she needed to run that van for so many hours, we were told that it can take up to 1 1/2 hours to groom one dog. That seems like a rather long time to be charging a customer. For comparison, it takes only 10 to 15 minutes for a person to get a haircut but they can take 90 minutes to groom a dog? As mentioned, our neighbor only owns two small dogs so why 3 1/2 to 4 hours? Are they grooming an additional dogs not owned by the customer? Just judging from their truck running, it seems like that is the case. Also, another time on a holiday weekend, Paws & Bubbles arrived at 7 am and ran their grooming van-even though the business posts their opening time as 8:30 AM.

Wouldn't know. She was a no call no show for my appointment today!! Tried calling her and got her voicemail, but couldn't leave a message because her mailbox was full. Highly unprofessional!

I called the grooming truck after my vet recommended it due to my dog being difficult Ben vduring grooming. my dog was very happy i will definitely call and use this company again. The price was very reasonable considering my dog had not been groomed for a while.
