About the business
Do you feel like time is your most precious commodity? For each one of us, it is the one thing we cannot get any more of. Why spend it doing what others have done before time and time again? Allow yourself the freedom to simplify your dog-human relationship. Instead of you having to become an expert on all-things-dog, we're here to provide you with all that you need to know, plus give you the freedom to enjoy your dog.
Many people don't want to admit that it can be quite overwhelming - the enormity of information out there regarding dogs. And all dogs are different - does this information apply or not apply to my dog in my situation? It can be a daunting task to try to take on learning all the "right" ways to do this or that. If you read any book about caring for your dog, it will say research, research, research - and carefully! But, do you really have time to do this - and to a degree with which you would be satisfied? Then consider what do you have to base your limited (one to three books) research on? You didn't know you were going to have to take on a whole new career just to be a "good dog owner" did you?
What you can expect from a Pet Personal Assistant is a customized relationship for you, your dog(s) and us. Each plan is specifically tailored to your wants, needs and desires. We will listen to you and offer you guidance where you would like it and gracefully support you in the endeavors you'd like to take on yourself. If you would like full-time help much like a child's nanny, we can do this; alternately, if you'd like someone to simply take care of mid-day walks, to help you have a calmer dog when you get home, we can do this, too. We can also help you more intensely at the beginning and taper down as things become easier for all.
All Pet Personal Assistants that have an impressive array of animal experience and provide the love, attention and skilled care you would expect from a professional. We are very aware that you view your pet as an integral member of your family. Some have traditional credentials like previously being a vet tech or are studying to go on to veterinary school. Some own or have owned animals for years, and some live vicariously through the pets they've provided for throughout their lives. But, we all share a deep love for animals and we all are service-oriented individuals.
For your peace-of-mind, we are insured and bonded. As there is no license for non-veterinary pet care services in the great state of Texas, I cannot say that we are licensed other than we have a license to do business; any other company who would like you to believe there is some sort of oversight committee by saying they are licensed, is merely a clever marketer. You can always expect constructive honesty from us.
We look forward to a lasting relationship with you and your pet. Don't waste another non-refundable minute; give yourself and your pet the time and life you both deserve.
