We hired this service twice. The first time my husband was around and they cleaned well. So we called them again to do a move out cleanout of an empty house and to send us pics afterwards as I could not be present. However at the end of the day, it felt like they charged us $200 for wiping down a stove.

When I went back to the house afterwards the floors were still dusty, the bathrooms untouched, the carpets still had leaves and dirt on it. Yes, it could have been an misunderstanding - when we initially spoke, I sent pictures of the living room so they have a sense of what state it is in. Even if they thought that I only wanted them to clean living room, kitchen and windows of an empty house - $200 would have been a steep quote that I would not have agreed to. But checking the kitchen and windows afterwards - there were dead flies & dust on the floor and the windows were still dirty. I've tried calling the company to rectify these issues, but there was no followup.
