Mopfrog provided a very impressive checklist of items that would be cleaned in my completely empty condo, and I even negotiated the price based on the fact that the space was empty and less than 900 SF. What I returned home to fell way short of the checklist and the only sign of them even entering my home was that the payment had been taken from the refrigerator and the floors were left streaky after mopping. I expected, at the very least, a business card indicating who entered my home or even the checklist saying what they cleaned, but none of these were provided. There were several areas that did not even looked touched - if the soap scum cannot be removed at least tell me, but as far as I'm concerned, they didn't even try. A damp paper towel removed grime from the bathroom countertop and the floor still showed signs of debris. When I requested that another team come and finish the job or return my check, Mopfrog chose to send a return payment - I think that speaks highly of the commitment and customer service that they offer. I would never recommend this company.
