S.A.M (Seriously Addictive Mathematics) focuses on building a strong foundation in mathematics by imparting a deep conceptual understanding of math topics. Our students (and parents) love the journey of building interest, then confidence and finally mastery in math.

CURRICULUM AND PEDAGOGY

Our comprehensive & thoughtful curriculum is based on the world-renowned Singapore Mathematics. The curriculum is modular so that the it can be tailored to each child based on their initial assessment. Reliance on word problems builds comprehension and reinforces math application.

Our instructors are also trained in the Singapore Math pedagogy which is geared towards teaching children "how to think" as problem solvers rather than learning procedures to solve math problems. One of the hallmarks of Singapore Math technique is to use concrete objects first, then pictorial representations and then abstractions to tie mathematical learning to real world associations.

This curriculum and pedagogical approach have been adopted by many countries around the world and also by many private schools in across USA.
