Horrible. Will never, ever go there again. This was my 2nd visit, thought I'd give them a chance to redeem themselves. No they didn't. The 1st time in, I was overcharged and told that my cat was overly matted, so a $45 charge became a 70+ dollar charge + tip, until I got home and saw that she suffered horrendous injuries from the way she was cut. This time, her back leg was cut down to the bone, (and yes, I have pics) Deep cuts and wounds all over her neck, legs, stomach, everywhere, then they hid her when I came in until I paid, and they overcharged me $93.59. Renee was acting very weird, said I need to take her to the vet to be cut next time, so they can anesthetize her and cut/shave her. Don't worry, Renee, I'll take care of her by never visiting your pet house of horrors ever again. You should be arrested for animal cruelty. She is the sweetest, quietest, best behaved cat I've ever owned, and these are the facts. don't go!!! You'll be sorry.
