No one there seems to know what's going on with your dog, what price you're being charged, or what program/package you selected. No one seems to communicate with one another and so no one is on the same page. The owner Wendy, seems nice and has good intentions, however, whatever conversation you have with her, she completely forgets, doesn't communicate with staff, and charges you for general services when you thought all along you were getting something else. Then, be careful, they charge you for days that you weren't even there, because again, no one knows what's going on and someone marks you down for days that you didn't even attend. Then when you get frustrated because there's no communication, no one there upon opening and you're sitting there waiting, Holly, suggests that maybe this isn't the training facility for you because you already have a negative outlook on the place BASED OFF OF THEIR OWN NEGLIGENCE! What kind of place just throws their hands up in the air and says, yeah we've been messing up since the beginning, sorry about that, but it sounds like maybe since you aren't okay with the fact that we've not gotten anything right since the beginning, this isn't the place for you????? Very bad customer service, I feel bad for Wendy employing a bad group of people that obviously don't care if her business succeeds or not. She may be a great trainer, but honestly its not worth the hassle you have to go through and them making you out to be the bad guy because you expressed your frustration with the inconsistency.
