Sondra is a gem! She has been tutroring my daughter in k and 1st grade helping her keep up with English reading while she attends and Madarin immersion program. With 1 hr a week Sondra has kept my daughter reading well above grade level despite the fact that my daughter has no English reading in school. My daughter loves working with Sondra as she keeps it fun and interesting, varying the experience. Sondra is full of enthusiasm and clearly loves her work; it is hard for kids not to enjoy their time with her while they learn. Bonus she has helped our daughter learn typing. I really can not say enough about how great a tutor she is and would highly recommend her. She also has special knowledge and training in delexia and other learning disabilities.

Sondra is a breath of fresh air, She has an amazing gift of relating to her students, and also earning their respect. She helps facilitate ownership and pride in their work. Sondra has worked with both of my daughters for the past 9 months and I have seen a real growth in their knowledge and in their attitude toward learning. She has tutored them in various subjects to include reading, writing, and math. I cannot say enough good things about Sondra. She is worth every penny of the investment.

Sondra is an excellent tutor who cares deeply about kids reaching their highest potential. Ive been most impressed with how she has tailored her communication style with my kids to meet their individual learning needs. Both of our boys have worked with Sondra -- one on reading skills and the other on math. She is a skilled teacher in math and literacy who has a gift for working with kids one on one. I highly recommend her as an excellent tutor.

My family has been working with Sondra Tutela of "Read. Write. Speak". for almost three years now. Not only have both my children built strong academic relationships with Ms. Sondra, but they have built wonderful personal relationships with her as well. They work with her once a week and look forward to their time with her. Sondra focuses on working with them on any problems they are having with school curriculum in both literacy and math. She helps prepare them for tests and has really strengthened their vocabulary and writing skills. I have referred Ms. Sondra to a number of friends who all continue to work with her. I can't recommend her enough!
